I am currently procrastinating. I am putting off writing my speech for Public Speaking until the last minute, again. Anyway, It seems like forever since I've blogged man! School has just had me so preoccupied. So here's whats been going with me...I AM FINALLY CHANGING MY MAJOR!!! My major has been Psychology and I've been wanting to change it forever, but I've been hesitant. Well the time has come to throw caution to the wind! I will be a Journalism majr within a few days. I seriously cannot wait. I've always had a passion for writing so why not be a journalist. My ultimate plan is to write for magazines such as XXL, Vibe, Ebony, or Essence. Lets hope it all works out for the best.

Bantu Knots
So I was on the computer, as I always am, and I came across a video on youtube of this girl doing Bantu Knots. I thought it was dope so I decided to try. These pictures are my final result. I LOVED it!!! You may not be able to tell in this picture, but it looks like a curly afro. It looked like my hair was all natural. If you've never seen this before or just wanna try it: go to youtube, type in Bantu Knots and knock yourself out! Matter of fact, I'll just give the link Anticipation? NO, Im Ready!
Excuse the raggedy ass picture - I took it with the Blackberry (I was THAT excited). As you can see, I copped the Trey Songz - Ready album. I really only have one word, HOT! Most albums have about 5-6 tracks that are really worth something and the other 4 or 5 are garbage, NOT THIS ONE! Track for track, note for note this is by far the best album he had put out. Lets not get it twisted, I am by no means downing 'Just Gotta Make It' or 'Trey Day' because I am a HUGE fan and I have those as well as various mixtapes; I am simply saying you can tell he has grown as an artist and put alot of hardwork into this one. When I went to Target to buy it (the day after it was released), I snagged the last copy and then after that we went to another one so my friend could get it and they were sold out too! Hopefully this album puts him on the map and gets him the recognition he deserves. By the way, a couple of my favorite tracks are 'Neighbors Know My Name' 'I Invented Sex' 'Say Aah' and 'Black Roses'. IF YOU DONT HAVE A COPY OF 'READY' GO OUT AND GET IT!!!!!31 August 2009

I cant speak for everyonce else, but I have been waiting for this video forever! Drake's 'Best I Ever Had' video just didnt do it for me so I was anxious to see how this one turned out. I may be a little biased because I love both of these guys, but I give the video an A. Oh yeah, Trey Songz album is in stores TODAY so go cop it!!!

Welcome Back!
IM BAAACCCKKKKK! It feels like forever, but in reality its only been like 3 and half months. I've missed this atmosphere and the people. Its like a completely different world here, at least for me it is. I swear I was pulling up to campus, it felt like something lifted from my shoulders. It was probably the reigns my mother placed on me as soon as I got home. Oh well, later for that! Im here and Im not going ANYWHERE! Asher Roth was right, man I LOVE college!21 August 2009

Hola' Hovito
The highly anticipated Blueprint 3 tracklist has leaked and I must say Im actually excited now. The collabs on this album are crazy! Alicia Keys, Drake, Cudi, and my favorite... PHARRELL!!!! Some of my favorite Jay-Z songz are the ones featuring Pharrell so Im most definitely on pins and needles about that. Oh yeah, the "Run this Town" video premires tonight at 8 on MTV. I will be tuning in, how about you?
